This patterned, woven fabric has patterns woven into the fabric. Brocade has a raised figured design, appearing only on the front of this classy fabric, which is made in satin or twill weave. Widely used for upholstery and draperies, the fabric is also popular among women for Indian wear pieces such as sarees, dresses, and dupattas.
