Are FIL pieces one-of-a-kind?
Close to it. Every design is stocked in just one or two quantities, so the chances of meeting someone in the same piece are very small.
What is the difference between ready-made and unstitched?
Ready-made pieces arrive finished and ready to wear. Unstitched sets arrive as the full set of fabric pieces for a suit, so you can have them tailored to your own measurements.
Can I return or exchange a FIL piece?
TradeUNO does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
Please make an unboxing video after receiving the parcel. Without the video, TradeUNO will not be liable for any defective or wrong product received. If the piece is damaged or incorrect, email the images of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging and batch number to enquiry@tradeuno.com within 24 hours of delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days on Standard shipping, and the next business day on Premium or Express. Most orders are delivered within 10 days of the invoice date, though remote areas can take longer.
Can I see the pieces in person?
Yes. Both Gurugram stores are open Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM — Udyog Vihar Phase 1, and Golf Course Road opposite DLF Mega Mall.
