Ikat is made by weaving dyed yarns into an intricate pattern and ikat cotton fabrics are widely used in India during the summer seasons. It is moisture-wicking and absorbs heat, making it the perfect fabric for scorching heat.

You can use it as a yolk design in your kurti, for making ethnic tops and blouses, an angrakha kurta, or even for shoulder bags and sling bags. It is also a great option for home furnishing. Sofa covers in ikat print will look out of the box and give a unique touch to your living room.

Shipping Policy

1. The order is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. The delivery of your order depends upon your location.
2. If the products you have selected are currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up whatsapp.
3. Most orders are delivered within 10 days from the date of invoice. However, there may be delay in delivering to remote areas / villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.
4. If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.
5. Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email and whatsapp. 
6. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
6.TradeUNO is committed to deliver the goods to you in time and in good condition. However, TradeUNO has limited liability in case of any loss of goods during transit. The carrier will bear any loss in transit only to an extent of a limit that may change from time to time.
7.Octroi or entry tax if any will be incurred by the customer.
8.We do ship internationally. Charges for same would be calculated at the time of checkout.

Cancellation of Orders and Refunds

When you choose products and pay for them on our website, it is deemed to be a confirmed order. An order can be cancelled through email before your goods are shipped. We accept to cancel your order only if we receive such communication and acknowledge the same before shipping your order. When an order cancellation is accepted by us, we would refund the amount paid to your account. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures. Request related to cancellation must be submitted to Customer Support at enquiry@tradeuno.com. On receipt of your request, we will contact you for issues on cancellation and will advise you related to further process. Until you don't get cancellation code from our team, your cancellation won't be considered valid.

TradeUNO does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

Please make an unboxing video after receiving the parcel. Without the video, TradeUNO will not be liable for any defective/ wrong product received.

In case you would want a refund or replacement due to a defective product, please send us an email with the Images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number to enquiry@tradeuno.com, within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would revert on your email at the earliest.

Kindly take picture of the damaged/tampered side of the product or package.

Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

You will be eligible for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if you receive.
